ABOUT US

Hi, I'm Jett

WHERE I COME FROM

I am a 67-year-old stage IV cancer survivor.  In January 2019 I was given a 20% chance of surviving the next two months.  I had a base of tongue squamous cell carcinoma the size of a grapefruit sticking out of my neck.  The road to recovery was initiated by Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa Florida.  I still travel to Tampa for monthly treatments.

My journey to recovery included completely changing my life and conforming to dimensional laws of unity. I believe sharing my experience and positive results may lead others to get to the point where we can say "Cancer saved my life!"

I feel better everyday and I have eliminated the side effects of the treatments.  I had a near death experience which completely changed my perspective on life.  I look forward to sharing these concepts through this website.  Feel free to join me in the Journey For Better!

I lived a wonderful carefree life traveling around the country with my parents until I graduated high school in 1971. I lived in New Orleans,Oklahoma City, Chicago, Detroit, and Wilmington De.!  This gave me a tremendous sense of adventure and an outgoing personality! This helped me to select General Motors Institute with Industrial Administration as my major.

General Motors Institute was run by General Motors as a cooperative work study program alternating every six weeks. It was a “Baptism by Fire” into the real world of business 4 years ahead of other college graduates. Upon graduation,  I moved to Detroit and began my career in Logistics and Material Control. I managed a staff of 42 people that successfully implemented cost reductions of 100 million by 1982.

In the next three years, I worked Otis Elevator as Director of their Service Parts Distribution facility in Billerica Mass. My primary accomplishment was improving the on time delivery performance by 50%.

I began a Real Estate development career with my family business , Ferm Associates.  My job was to help plan and execute our expansion into Mini Storage,  Executive  Centers and Office Buildings. By 1987,  I expanded out on my own into residential resort living with a seaside project in Accomac Va.

A THRIVING CAREER

During the next four years, the project was successful but I expanded into Residential Real Estate Sales and Residential Construction. I received a major Life lesson as the economy contracted  and left me exposed to financial failure. Failure in business led me to question the meaning of life. I met a close friend who began talking to me about God. I began going to his church after I was saved in  1991.

I was very active in the church and began to achieve “balance” in my life. My wife and three kids became a priority as we drew closer together. However, by 1993 it was time to return to Michigan and start a new life! This was the beginning of the “End” for the balance I was looking for!

By 1995, I became one of the top real estate agents in the Detroit area with over 20 million in sales! Do you see the pattern?  I defined success as money and power to the exclusion of spiritual growth! This led to a divorce in 1997 and the loss of the most important influence I could have over my young family! Therefore, I began the walk of a spiritual warrior through a long desert of spiritual growth. During the next 20 years, I considered myself as a “ Dream Maker “.

In fact in 2006, I led a group of investors from across the U.S., to purchase the Silverdome in Pontiac for 25 million dollars. We were going to turn it into a sports entertainment/ health club. However, by this time the auto industry was reeling from the Great Recession coming our way in 2008. The gloomy economic forecast caused us to cancel our purchase offer,

This leads us to 2017 and I discovered I had base of tongue Squamous Cell Stage 4 Cancer! I had first noticed it 4 years earlier and decided to ignore it till it got bigger! I felt I was “above the law”. The prognosis was chemotherapy and radiation with multiple side effects including loss of voice, hearing, and numerous others.

It has been 3 years since the diagnosis and Cancer has truly saved my life, I began a spiritual journey looking for “Miracle”.  During those 3 years, my life expectancy was always very short. In January of 2019 , I began treatment with Dr. Connie Chung at the Moffit  Cancer Center in Tampa Fla.  Her initial prognosis was a 20% chance of living 2 months!  She developed an awesome regimen of chemotherapy and radiation which I  successfully completed by October of 2019.

During this painful process, God was in charge! My spiritual growth grew until I feel I was called to simplify the spiritual laws that govern the 8 billion inhabitants on Earth! The website unity 10000 was created and launched on my birthday Aug. 21 2020. I feel empowered with a message that has been distilled by reading over 100 books! It should come as no surprise that the secret is Scientific Prayer! Many are called but few are “Chosen”. I feel “Called” but in order to be “ Chosen “ you must “Let God” have your life! Today is the best day to get started and “Believe “ in “ Miracles “,

WHERE I COME FROM

I studied Architecture and received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Design from the University of Florida in 1987.  In 1991 he was awarded his Masters of Architecture from Virginia Tech's Alexandria Urban Studies Center where his thesis dealt with both Macro and Micro Urban Design elements.

Since graduating he has continued his exploration of Architecture as a means by which to accentuate the quality of the human experience while symbiotically working with the natural environment.

His philosophy centers on learning from the natural world as a means by which to inform the way buildings might be constructed.   Using the local climate,  lowering the carbon footprint, becoming more energy efficient while maintaining budgetary constraints provides the opportunity to create an informed vernacular vocabulary.

A THRIVING CAREER

He has experience designing banks, restaurants, midscale retail, office buildings and various scales of residential design.  Some of his current works include small houses and insulated panel system designs as a way to achieve these goals.

"Art and architecture, grounded in nature,  has been and always should be, the means by which we increase the quality of the human experience.  Not only in the now but projecting timelessness into the future. "
